When do you restock? Restocks are usually always on Thursdays. As of right now, we try to restock every other Thursday! Follow my Tik Tok or my slime instagram to stay updated.
What will I receive in my package? All slime orders come with an extras baggie including a business card/care sheet, borax and candies. Larger slime orders come with a premium goodie bag with larger candies.
SHIPPING, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
When will my order ship? Please allow 3-5 days of handling/processing time (5-7 days during holidays) and 2-5 days for shipping through USPS. We will usually ship orders sooner than 3-5 days. During the holiday season and due to covid, shipping delays will occur. We will still process orders quickly, but USPS has been facing delays on their end. Shipping notifications are sent via e-mail as soon as orders are shipped.
Help! My package did not arrive. What do I do? If your package does not arrive by the expected time from your tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com. We will file a claim with USPS and fully refund your order if the package has been determined as lost. We do not process refunds for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
Help! My slime is damaged! We use PP containers to help prevent cracked/damaged slimes in-transit. There can be situations where containers are cracked. If you slime is damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and a picture of your damaged slime. We will evaluate the situation and either refund you or send a replacement.
Help! I entered the wrong address! We are able to manually adjust the address on your order within 24 hours or before your order ships. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the correct address. Unfortunately, after we ship your package out, we are not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses. We will not refund for incorrect addresses. PLEASE always double check your address at checkout.
Help! My card was charged but I did not place an order! If we did not already ship your order out, we can cancel your order and process a refund. If your order has already shipped/delivered, we cannot issue a refund. We are not responsible for "fraudulent" charges. If you generated an order number through our system, you are responsible for payment of the order you placed.
**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE READ** We do ship orders internationally; however, we are not responsible for delays in terms of your shipment. PLEASE read delays and changes with your postal service in your country as these are updated with new covid guidelines and protocols. Some shipments may take months to arrive depending on our country. PLEASE take this into consideration before ordering. We are not responsible for refunds unless your package can be determined as lost by the postal service.
We also hold no responsibility if your package is returned back to us due to an invalid address or if you are required to pay additional fees due to customs. If your package was returned back to the sender, please contact us. Please also do your research regarding customs duties/fees prior to purchasing. We will evaluate each order on a case-by-case basis; however, we do not issue refunds for these situations.
